Onboarding Wizard Form
The explanations below will help you complete the Onboarding Wizard Form. Your form responses will impact the default starting points for your financial model, and when you’re finished, you’ll be able to change any of the responses in the Google Sheet model itself.
If you still have questions, please email us at help@flowcog.com.
Your total current cash balance (either as of today or the end of last month). Needed to project future cash balances and other Balance Sheet line items.

If your opportunities come from organic traffic/word-of-mouth in lieu of all/a portion of marketing spend, enter the following:
- For the “Avg monthly marketing spend” question, enter an amount that matches actual marketing spend, or a small amount (e.g. $100)
- For the “Avg cost to source an Open Opportunity” question, enter a separate amount (e.g. $5). This value, along with the value from above ($100), implies 20 new open opportunities each month are sourced by marketing spend, organic traffic, and word-of-mouth combined.
The model’s marketing funnel goes from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) -> Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) -> Open Opportunity.
If you only know your marketing spend per MQL, divide that dollar amount by 15% and enter the result.
