## Troubleshooting

I was directed to this page by the Add-on

Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. You could have experienced connectivity issues at the time. First try running the add-on script again. If it still doesn’t work go to step 2.
2. You may have accidentally deleted a named range required for the add-on to function properly. Please undo the change by checking the version history of the Google Sheet to see if any cells were deleted.
